Graduated in Geography - teaching slope, she saw her professional life change completely due to the difficulties inherent to the placement of teachers in the public education system. Difficulties in having placement, which was reflected in great financial and family instability, made her look for new opportunities by creating her own job. Thus came the idea of opening a clothing and bijouterie shop that was inserted in the local commerce and that allowed to have an innovative answer in relation to the existing one. During the launch phase of this project, there was a great investment in the need to diversify the existing offer in this area and bet on a differentiating image. The company is already 3 years old and has been a success!

Josepha Biebl, born in 1994, completed her training as Flow Yoga teacher 2016 with Andreas Vecsei and Juliane Krüger in Mangalam Yoga. "The connection with my body has always been very important to me. Movement plays a central role in this and as a teenager I ran a lot and tried out all sorts of sports - from volleyball and workout with weight to acrobatics and dance. Yoga has always marginalized me, but it was not until I began to focus more on spirituality, meditation and simply myself that it became my favorite form of interacting with my body. There are no limits to the experience of yoga, and mindful practice nurtures a loving and appreciative attitude towards oneself and one's body. That's what fascinates me about it, along with so many other features. After a trip to India in 2012, during which I became acquainted with the culture from which Yoga originated and was inspired, I knew even more that I wanted to get into yoga and started to practice regularly. In the meantime, yoga has become a daily part of my life and it is important to me to share the joy it gives me. I want to open a space that invites you to discover your own body in a playful way, to feel and to get in touch with your own feelings. Yoga means „joie de vivre“ for me and gives us opportunities to do something for our well-being. This gift is very valuable and I am happy to share it with other people. "

I have been learning and working intensively with Latihan, Emotional Clearing and Intention Dialogue since 2014 and last year I developed special sessions for musicians and people who want to make music. It is important to me that artists on stage and in terms of expression feel comfortable with their art and do not have to hide behind their instrument, that they confidently and, above all, enjoy their music, their artistic expression (however concrete) into the world. My individual sessions include Latihan, Intention Dialogue and Emotional Clearing as well as bodywork and methods developed by me. What exactly do we work on, you decide - this could be, for example, more confidence and slackness in performance situations, that you finally want to join a choir, again want to enjoy your previously beloved musical instrument and much more. If the topic is already clear and you know exactly what you want to change and transform (even if you do not know how exactly that should work), we'll start right there. If you only have a feeling or an idea where to go, we will find out in the first hour what you really care about. In addition to individual lessons, I also work in longer projects, e.g. 4 sessions spread over a period of 6 weeks
